Plusuri minibar refill in fiecare zi cu o doze de suc + apa la jumatate .Personal prietenos si saritor chiar daca nu dadeai bacsis . Mancare diversificata . Recomand restaurantele a la Carte din incinta hotelului . Prosoape schimbate zilnic, lenjeria la 3 zile . Nu am avut tantari si nici alte ganganii.

Impresia negativa pleaca catre reprezentantii karpaten in hurgada acesti MtS. Nu au avut nici un interes sa ne scrie de intarzierea zborului sau de schimbarea preluarii de la hotel la aeroport . Interesul lor fiind doar vanzarea celebrelor excursii .

Dei plateti ultra all inclusive te trezeti ca eti servit cu un fresh i trebuie platit,la fel i popcorn sau lubenita sunt pe bani. Curaenia specifica arilor din aceasta regiune .. Personal mereu posomorat ceea ce este foarte deranjant Un singur lift .. Comparativ cu ceilali ani totul este extrem de scump in zona de shopping,neaparat asigurare medicala nu apelai la serviciile din hotel ,s-a luat febra unui copil mic i a fost examinat 2 minute au cerut cu nesimtire 300 de dolari :) bineineles ca nu au fost platii dar avei grija

Un resort micu dar foarte bine aranjat,curaenie exterioara,una din cele mai frumoase plaje din Hurghada, petreceri pe plaja superbe,animaie ok ,mancare buna dar nediversificata ( 3-4 feluri pe plaja, 8 feluri in restaurantul principal) ,cafea foarte buna in lobby, curaenie in camera exemplara

atitudinea managerilor i personalului lasa de dorit,sunt infatuati ,arogani ,deloc prietenoi ,ursuzi ...chiar m-au certat ca am refuzat sa iau paharul de bere comandat in care barmanul si-a clatit unghiile murdare atenie la magazinele de langa hotel, in special la farmacie, era sa fim jefuii. Daca nu eram ateni ne goleau cardul, am reuit sa ne recuperam banii cu ameninari ca mergem la poliie

Hotelul si spatiile exterioare arata bine.

Personalul este ostil daca nu primeste bacsis. Sa aveti grija ca dispar lucruri daca le lasati nesupravegheate. au fost multe cazuri de imbolnaviri, probleme la stomac, inclusiv la noi in familie. am descoperit in timpul meselor ca servesc apa de la ceva automat, pe care o pun in sticle de plastic ca si cum ar fi imbuteliata. Cereti sa vedeti cum rup sigiliul de la sticle inainte sa beti.

Hotelul este frumos, camerele mari, mancare buna ( destul de variat), piscinele de copii incalzite, plaja curata. Personalul hotelului te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie. Merita incercate restaurantele a la carte. Noi am fost la cel italian, delicioasa mancarea. Per total ne-a placut f mult!

angajatii de la SPa (contra cost) sunt destul de agasanti, dar daca nu ii bagi in seama nu te mai deranjeaza. Spectacolele de copii erau la fel in fiecare seara, piticii deja stiau tot programul.

Perfect pentru familii cu copii mici. Mi-au placut ideea cu serviciile extra (excursiile obtionale) organizate de cei din cadrul complexului. Nu ai nevoie sa cauti tu variante ci vin ei la tine cu pachete de excursii. totul la superlativ!

Ni s-au furat prosoapele de pe ezlong si a trebuit sa le platim. Bine ca nu au fost scumpe, dar ideea in sine ca este cineva care fura acolo, iti cam strica cheful de vacanta.

aproape de aeroport; Masuri Covid ok; Camera enorma cu vedere la mare; Mancare gustoasa; Fructe diverse (dar zero Mango); Prajituri bune; Cea mai buna cafea (extrem de bune sortimentele) la automatele din restaurant; Plaja cu dotari ok; Frigider in camera cu apa, Cola si Sprite.

am ales acest hotel, desi era mai scump decat multe altele cu recenzii bune, pentru ca e nou (un an jumate, dar deja prezinta uzuri urate prin camere, probabil din cauza finisajelor proaste). alt motiv ar fi pentru recenziile f bune de pe tripadv (suspecte) coroborate cu poze care prezinta o diversitate la masa si o opulenta dpdv fructe de mare. Cu toate acestea, scopul a fost sa bifam toate excursiile dorite, dar sa ne bazam pe confortul unui (U)aI ridicat. Dezamagitor!!! Nu ne consideram nici f pretentiosi, nici fitosi, suntem turisti normali cu vreo 25 de tari vizitate, din care 7 cu all Inclusive (am scris asta nu ca sa ma laud, ci ca sa intaresc obiectivitatea recenziei). - Mancare f putin diversificata, copy paste zilnic, cu 1-2 schimbari de la zi la zi (foarte obiectiv, clasific mancarea de la all inc pe locul 6 din 7 tari vizitate cu all inc, cred ca a fost prima oara cand am avut zi in care nu mi-a fost pofta sa aleg nimic); - Nimic special de Craciun!!! Exact cum am zis mai sus; - Lipsa totala a fructelor de mare!!! E inadmisibil sa nu vezi un crevete, un inel de calamar etc. Maxim 1-2 feluri de peste gatit, nicidecum la alegere pentru grill etc. - Servirea bauturilor in timpul meselor se face (sau ar trebui) de catre staf, problema e ca te uita si nici nu poti merge sa te servesti singur, fiind nevoit sa astepti sa te vada cineva ca stai in fata aparatului. - EXtREM DE JENaNt dpdv (U)aI: au stand de fresh-uri din fructe, dar vor bani pe ele!!! Standul este langa restaurantul aI. - La fel, au stand cu vata de zahar pe bani. - Pahare de plastic oribile, reutilizate, pe plaja. - In camera, zona de wc este separata de zona de chiuveta si dus, dar usa nu este continua pana in podea si nici pana in toc/tavan (pentru unii mai pudici sau sensibili poate fi o problema). - In ziua de check-out, la 11:50 mi s-a batut la usa si mi s-a spus "hurry up!!!", desi hotelul era ocupat in proportie de 30%. - Camera necuratata in ziua de check-in. - Pana nu le-am scris pe Wa, nu s-au sinchisit sa completeze zilnic frigiderul din camera. - am vrut o cina la Restaurantul Mongolez (au 4 restaurante a la carte). am incercat sa fac rezervare la Receptie cu 3 zile inainte, nu s-a putut, trebuie contactati prin Wa. I-am contactat prin Wa, nu s-a putut pentru ca nu era "intervalul potrivit" 10-12 zilnic. Evident ca am omis, printre atatea excursii, sa respect procedura ciudata, ar fi trebuit sa-mi pun alarma. - Un fel de placinte extrem de gustoase la restaurantul de pe plaja (12:30-16:00), dar f anevoios facute de catre o singura persoana, astepti la rand si cate 30 de minute. - Informatii gresite cu privire la orarul meselor: ai in camera flyer cu pranz pana la 15:00, iar ei strang mancarea de la 14:25. apoi vezi un orar minuscul la intrare cu 14:30 inchidere.
