This hotel is located on the Nile, close to the pyramids of Gizeh. It is situated in a modern district of the city, in which a large proportion of the inhabitants are recent incomers. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of shopping and entertainment venues.

The hotel comprises 16 floors in a renovated building. Among the restaurants are the Scala Bistro, a modern combination of Italian and French cuisine, with vegetarian and children's menus and live music on offer. The Regency offers guests an open buffet in an informal atmosphere and is open for breakfast and dinner. The Papalon serves light snacks and drinks. This air-conditioned city hotel also has an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a cloakroom and lift access. In addition it offers its guests a cafe, a newspaper stand, various shops and a bar. Business guests may make use of the conference room. Guests are also invited to take advantage of the room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may use the car park (charges apply).
